Speed dating has been popularized on episodes of "Sex and the City" and in the hit movies "Hitch" and "The 40 Year Old Virgin."

Cougar Speed Date introduces a new twist to this popular dating phenomenon. All the singles are younger men interested in dating older women and older women interested in dating younger men.
