Health Advice: Wear a Hat

Few men like to wear condoms but its sound policy if you’re sleeping around and not looking to spread your seed or pick up a disease or two. Young cubs might think they’re safe if they just peruse the older market, but some findings from researchers at England's West Midlands Health Protection Agency suggests otherwise. Tiffany Sharples over at The Huffington Post noted the agency “found that in less than a decade, STD rates had more than doubled among people ages 45 and older.”

Moral of the story? Get tested regularly and wear a jimmy.
